Is there an afternoon P/U line for 234 riders? I see a ton of riders to Horner and 610 outside the GSA bldg on D St. SW, but I find that there are no riders for 234. In turn, I would have to go to 14th and Independence to haul a ride to 234. Please advise if you would be interested in being a rider/driver from L'enfant Plaza. If we have enough interested, this would be good to go.
