Does anyone knows what can we do to request a traffic light in the intersection of Horner Lot and Telegraph Road? Trying to get out of Horner Lot in the afternoon, to turn right into Telegraph Road is bad. I almost got hit the other day. It almost seems like the light is in the wrong spot.
